height: 5ft'0in".
weight: 90 lbs
hair: Izzy has long, white blonde hair that is considerably long, falling past her waist when let down. She has messy bangs which usually cause chunks of hair to fall in her face, as she does have layers in her hair to give it more body. She keeps the two shortest layers that are meant to frame her face in small braids most of the time when her hair is let down as she finds them annoying.
eyes: Izzy has clear, almost mesmerizing crystal blue eyes. They are a perfectly clear-cut blue, like a sapphire or the seas of the Caribbean, and stand out against her fair complexion.
piercings: She has three earlobe piercings that she typically wears small, silver hoop earrings in.
tattoos: A small black star tattooed on each wrist.
distinguishing features: Izzy has stark, crystal blue eyes and a fair, milky complexion that are most uncommon. Her hair is also considerably long, and she has a small, oddly dove shaped white birthmark on her right shoulder that many mistake as another tattoo.
style: Izzy typically wears mostly black clothing, with either a colored shirt or skirt (usually pink) for a pop of color. She loves black leather boots in particular, and won't go anywhere without them. She also wears a dog collar necklace with a lightning shaped diamond on it at all times as if it is her closest treasure.

strengths: Isabelle is a piano virtuoso, and can play almost any piece on the piano with ease, grace, and ability. Izzy also has a beautiful singing voice,, and almost everyone she knows compliments her on it. She is an able thief and can slip money from people's pockets without them even noticing due to her nimble fingers and stealthy, small figure. Izzy is also an able acrobat, and can perform backflips, frontflips, and everything in between without too much difficulty. In addition, Izzy possesses unmatched speed, which includes excellent reflexes as well as being a very fast runner/sprinter.
weaknesses: Izzy is physically weak, and isn't very capable when it comes to lifting heavy objects or forms of extended physical exercise due to her small size and malnutrition. In addition, Izzy is very submissive and a bit of a pushover, so often she lets others push her around. Izzy can be very emotional at times, causing her to burst into tears when she feels overly stressed or threatened rather than respond to the situation and try to stop it. She is also mostly unable to defend herself due to her weak stature, so if running away doesn't shake off an attacker, she may be in trouble. Finally, Izzy suffers from Osteogenesis imperfecta, a genetic disorder that causes her bones to be very brittle and much more easily broken than that of a normal person's.
fears: small spaces, fire, falling.
secrets: Izzy had anorexia when she was 14, but was admitted to a hospital and after therapy has been fine since. She also has a scar just beneath her rib cage where she was shot by an official when trying to escape Italy.
dreams: Become a professional piano player, and help found a new, more peaceful world.
quirks: She plays with the braids in her hair when she's nervous or anxious, and relates almost every situation she's in to a piano composition she's written or played.
personality:
Izzy is very kind and tender-hearted in nature for the most part. Despite her less than agreeable social status and lifestyle, she is always fairly upbeat and chipper when actually conversing with people, particularly those who have money on them. However, while she may appear sweet and amiable on the outside, on the inside she has a bit more of a dark side to her. Izzy desires revenge against the Italy Head for shooting her and taking away her family, and this revenge has brewed within her for quite some time now. So underneath her sweet little girl nature lies a deep, burning desire to destroy the Italy Head, no matter what the cost.
Izzy isn't afraid to steal things or break the law, and in that way she may seem fearless, but she is not without fears or worries, the most notable of which is fire. Izzy can put up with gunshots and even blood (although she's not a huge fan of that either) but fire she has a severe phobia of. In addition, Izzy has been alone and fending for herself for quite some time now, during which time she has become self-sufficient enough to take care of herself. Izzy has matured as an adult in the short time that she has lived on the street, and in a way it shows. She's level-headed and makes logical decisions for the most part, making her seem mature for her young age of 17, particularly when you consider that she appears to be about 13 from her size and stature.
Nothing gets under Izzy's skin like when people call her Isabelle, mostly because only her adopted Mother and Father called her that when they were still alive, and she is no longer the sweet little girl she was back then. Make fun of her height or even the stark white color of her hair and she may punch you in the face... although the pain felt as a result may not be significant. Izzy also struggles with Osteogenesis imperfecta, a genetic disorder she's had since birth that makes her bones very brittle. She sees it as a despicable and inexcusable weakness that she possesses, and she works very hard to overcome it every day. Izzy doesn't have a lot of self-confidence in herself either, which is an outlook she's had since she overcame her anorexia. She doesn't think she's pretty, and denies anyone who tells her so.
Izzy has a passion for music. She thinks of a piano piece to go along with almost every situation or trial she faces in her life. There is nothing that she enjoys more than sitting at a finely-tuned grand piano and letting her fingers find the keys to make a perfect melody. For a while she believed that she would be a professional pianist and live happily ever after in England, but that was taken away from her when her family moved to Italy. She also loves to sing, and has a very soft, unique soprano voice that seems to capture the hearts of many. Izzy hasn't played the piano for quite some time however, and she would love nothing more than to play just one song again.
Izzy never backs down from a fight, and fights like a demon when she has to, despite her physical limitations. She'll sacrifice everything she has to bring down the government, if that's what it takes to avenge her parents. All in all, Izzy has gone from the adopted daughter of well-to-do English parents to a rebel that lives on the street and seeks for the day that she will bring down the government that ruined her life.

mother: Susan Hawkins, deceased, died at the age of 39 and was a doctor.
siblings: Has a long-lost twin sister who wasn't adopted by the Hawkins family along with Isabelle for whatever reason. Isabelle's sister's name is Misha Rezanov. She would be 17 by now, however Izzy does not even know that Misha exists.
pets: There is one small sparrow that Izzy looks after that she named Chip, however she has no real pets.
history:
Isabelle Rezanov was born in Moscow, Russia along with her twin sister, Misha, to single Mother Anastatia Rezanov on the day before Christmas. Her Mother was unable to support her two new daughters, so she put them up for adoption. Soon after, Isabelle was adopted by the Hawkins family in England, a well-to-do family with good morals and a fairly good standing in society. By some snaffoo in the orphanage, Misha was not adopted as well, so Izzy has no idea she even has a sister.
Despite her adopted parents being a historian and a doctor, Izzy immediately took an interest to music. She would often sing Russian hymns and even taught herself to play the piano. Izzy received private lessons from a tutor, as her parents didn't want her going to school with normal commoners. Thus, Izzy didn't get too much exposure to the outside world. Over the years, Izzy began to develop an eating disorder because of her lack of positive self image, and because of some of the local kids teasing her about how short she was and how gross her hair was. Her parents instantly sought help for her as soon as they found out, and so by the time she was 15 she had fully recovered, although the scars still remain and she is still very skinny to this day.
When she turned 16, her parents decided to move to Italy for a year so Izzy could learn the language and her Father could study abroad for a year. However, just when they were about to leave and return to England the Italy Head took over, and life became a living hell. Despite this, they tried to escape across the border in a desperate attempt to return to England. Robots captured and tortured her parents, whereas Izzy was shot down by a government official and left for dead. Izzy was sure she was going to die, but instead of just curling up and dying she fought for her life, using any available resources to treat her wound and keep it from being infected. After months of recuperating using only street resources like cloth and water, she fully recovered. She knew her parents were dead... what else could have happened?
Since then, Izzy has been living on the streets of Rome, eating scraps and dreaming of the life she once had. She rebels in small ways, stealing food and money from the government if at all possible, but one thing is for certain: she will do whatever it takes to get revenge for what the government did to her parents.

Izzy sat on the side of the road, watching the various forms of shoes walk by on the cobblestone streets: boots, heels, tennis shoes, sandals... all of them blurred together into one sea of imprisoned human beings, trapped in this hell known as Italy for probably the rest of their lives. Izzy's crystal blue eyes filled with resentment as she curled up in a ball, leaning against the brick wall of the building behind her, her white hair pooling around her as she rested her head on the wall. For a moment she just reflected, quietly contemplating what to do next. The sound of Satie's Gymnopedie No. 1 filled her mind as she closed her eyes, remembering when she used to play that song every day. It was always her favorite song to play, and she noticed that it had been going through her head more and more as of late.
For a moment she was at piece, the sound of piano notes filling her head with a breathtakingly beautiful melancholy tone... her mind lost in the music of her life. Until she felt a hand fall on her shoulder, and her eyes snapped open as she stared into the face of a total stranger, the pianist's hands coming to a screeching halt and falling on a wrong note as the Gymnopedie stopped in her head. She looked up to find a woman of about 50 years, with worrisome blue eyes and hair that was quickly turning gray standing before her. But it wasn't so much her physical appearance that intrigued Izzy, more the fact that she was very well dressed, and the drawstring bag at her belt appeared to have some form of money in it. All Izzy had to do was play along long enough to grab the bag, and she'd be set for food for probably a week...
"Are you alright, child? Do you have a family?" the woman asked worriedly.
Izzy quickly put on her cute little girl charm, her eyes staying glued to that purse. She nodded curtly to the woman saying:
"Si perdere, my mama and papa are just out at work right now, so I come here often to get out of the house. Nothing to worry about," Izzy said quickly, flashing the woman a smile and trying to hide the fact that her clothes were less than clean and that she was telling a blatant lie. But it was necessary, she couldn't have the woman telling the authorities anything after all.
"Well as long as you're alright I suppose. You tell your parents to spend more time around the house for me, will you?" the woman said.
"Si perdere," she replied curtly.
As the woman turned around to leave, Izzy took one quick look around her to survey her surroundings, and shot up in the air, grabbing the drawstring bag with one fluid sweep of her little hand. The woman didn't appear to notice either, simply continuing down the street on her merry way. Izzy opened the bag quickly, her hands shaking with excitement, the melancholy Satie piece gone from her mind now, replaced with an upbeat Lake Erie Rainfall piece by Jim Brickman, another song that was embedded into her head as a child. Her excitement was rewarded with a haul of Euros that would last her at least a week... possibly more.
With a sigh and a small smile, she curled up once more, leaning against the wall, and fell asleep as Satie's Gymnopedie No. 1 elegantly swept through her mind once more.
